Homosexual decapitated in Mexico
The newspaper El Heraldo de Chihuahua has reported that the headless body of a homosexual was found near the intersection of Ocampo and Zubirán Avenues in the city of Chihuahua. The body was found after police received calls by pedestrians that there was a head of a female about 1 kilometer from where the decapitated body was found. The public and police first thought that the victim was a female because the head had long copper red hair and was wearing ruby lipstick. Not until the body was found that the police determined that the victim was a homosexual.

The police believe that the homosexual was still alive when he was decapitated because his eyes were still wide open and expressing "fear and terror." The body was wearing tight jeans and a black blouse. The Chihuahua police said that this was the second attack on a homosexual in one month. One other was disemboweled with a machete. That victim went by the name of "Carola."
The heads of two homosexuals found in Sinaloa There have been other decapitations of homosexuals in other states throughout Mexico. Often the perpetrators leave with the discarded bodies what are called "mantas" with text that read, "Esto es lo que les va pasar a todos los jotos" and "Muerte a los putos maricones." The words 'jotos', 'maricones' and 'putos' are equivalent to the English words 'queers', 'gays' and 'faggots.' In some cases, it is difficult to determine for sure if the decapitated, and in some cases quartered, bodies are of actual homosexuals because rival drug cartels often accuse each other of being "a bunch of faggots." Within the super-macho culture of the Mexican drug cartels, the ultimate insult is being referred to as a 'queer.'
Mexico has historically been extremely intolerant of homosexuals and lesbians. This was true even during Pre-Columbian times. According to the expert and eminent scholar of Pre-Columbian history Dr. Bernarda Reza Ramirez of La Universidad Abierta of the state of Veracruz, indigenous cultures of Mexico had severe punishments for the practice of homosexuality and lesbianism. The most severe laws against homosexuality and lesbianism were those of the Aztecs. Dr. Bernarda Reza Ramirez in her treatise published at http://www.aztlan.net/Bernarda_Reza_Ramirez.htm says "La ley azteca era brutal, en su máxima expresión." (Aztec Law was brutal in its maximum expression) She lists the punishments for sodomy, homosexuality and lesbianism as follows:
Three homosexuals decapitated, disemboweled and skinned.
Lesbianismo, muerte por garrote (Lesbianism, death by beating with a club).
