sentenced to death

Forde led a group of vigilantes in a home invasion of the Flores family home on May 30, 2009 to steal drugs and cash to fund her border vigilante operations. There were no drugs or cash found in the home. Arrested along with Forde was Jason Eugene Bush and Albert Gaxiola who will be tried separately in March and June and they both also face the death penalty. It is generally believed that there were other vigilantes that directly participated in the home invasion but have not been arrested. These other Minutemen vigilantes have essentially gone into hiding.
There are also some other border vigilantes and their supporters that aided and abetted Shawna Forde in her criminal border operations. Mexican-Americans and other Latinos are asking why these outlaws have not been arrested and charged as well.
It is interesting to note that the White media, in most cases, are calling the victims Brisenia, Raul and Gina "illegal aliens" when in fact all three are native born US ctiziens.
