Los Angeles, Alta California - September 1, 2011 - (ACN) It appears that US based Jews are just like their counterparts in Zionist Israel where they have brutally ethnically cleansed the native Palestinians from huge areas of land. Last week Santa Ana Councilmember Claudia Alvarez accused the Jewish "Irving Chase/Allan Fainbarg family" of attempting to ethnically cleanse Mexican businessmen and their customers from the downtown area which historically and for centuries been the domain of Latino families. Irving Chase, Allan Fainbarg and other Jews now own most of the commercial buildings in the Santa Ana downtown area and want to transform the downtown area to attract non-Mexicans with more money.

The effort is being accomplished primarily through a "sham tax" imposed by a Jewish controlled Property Business Improvement District (PBID) and through the forceful eviction of certain "undesirables" from the downtown area. Recently El Centro Cultural de Mexico was evicted from an Irving Chase/Allan Fainbarg family controlled property because according to Ryan Chase, El Centro "neglected the building." Ryan Chase is the grandson of the building's owner and son of large downtown landowner Irving Chase. "El Centro allowed doors to be broken, windows etched and graffiti sprayed," said Ryan M. Chase. Allan Fainbarg is Irving Chase's father-in-law and together own and control pretty much all of downtown Santa Ana. They have been accused of attempting to rid downtown of Mexican families in order to attract others and thus increase the value of their real estate holdings. The Feinberg Family Trust are already multi-millionaires and own such lucrative properties as the Newport Beach Country Club.

One of El Centro Cultural de Mexico's board members, Carolina Sarmiento, stated that what Ryan Chase said was absolutely not true. "El Centro has in no way neglected the building. El Centro was kicked out because a grassroots Latino cultural organization does not fit in the plans that the Chase family and others in Santa Ana have for the city", said Sarmiento. El Centro Cultural de Mexico has been given a 30 day notice and have until September 14 to vacate their offices at 310 W. 5th Street.
Sam Romero who for 19 years has operated St. Theresa's Catholic Gift Shop on 4th Street in a building owned by Irving Chase. Romero has said that he fears Chase will soon evict him. Carolina Sarmiento is joined in the accusations of "ethnic cleansing" by many Mexican business tenants who rent from the Chase/Fianberg landlords. One is merchant Sam Romero who for 19 years has operated St. Theresa's Catholic Gift Shop in Fiesta Marketplace on 4th Street. Sam Romero is convinced that the Jewish controlled PBID’s hidden motive is to actually gentrify 4th St. and to drive the Mexican businesses in the Fiesta Marketplace bankrupt. Sam Romero is saddened by the removal by Irving Chase of a small merry-go-round from a plaza near his shop. The carousel drew Mexican families to the shopping district, he said. This merry-go-round was loved by Mexican children and operated for more than 20 years. It was removed by the Jews as part of their plan to broaden the appeal of the Fourth Street shopping area beyond just Mexicans. Mexicans shoppers say that they are feeling less and less welcomed in downtown Santa Ana. One Mexican shopper said she believes that there was a movement "working behind the scenes to kick all the Brown People out to Riverside."
Mexican merchants have also accused Irving Chase of refusing to give them new leases unless they offer more merchandise that may appeal to customers other than working-class Latinos and Mexican immigrants. According to some merchants, Irving has also insinuated that the English language should be preferred above Spanish in the shops. In addition, Irving Chase has changed the name Fiesta Marketplace to East End Promenade.
A Merry-Go-Round loved by Mexican children for over 20 years. The Jews took it away to discourage Mexicans away from 4th Street say residents. Things came to a boil at an August 24 Santa Ana City Council special meeting when Irving Chase and Ryan Chase threw a temper tantrum during a discussion to cancel the questionable Property Business Improvement District (PBID) that is being utilized to bankrupt and thus eliminate Mexican owned businesses in downtown. The PBID which has city authority to "tax" businesses within certain boundaries was passed in 2008 under very questionable circumstances. The state requires that at least 50% of the businesses within the proposed boundaries approve the PBID but in Santa Ana it was done with only 30%. State law also requires a disestablishment clause that calls for a window of time where a group of property owners who pay more than 50 percent of the assessment can petition to end it. Once a city receives such a petition, the law requires it to take steps to dissolve the district. The Santa Ana PBID does not included this disestablishment clause.
In addition, the Santa Ana downtown PBID is managed by an entity called Downtown Inc. that is pretty much controlled by the Chase family and their cronies. Both Irving Chase and his son Ryan Chase are officers of Downtown Inc. and are members of its Board of Directors. Ryan Chase is President of the board. Some Mexican merchants and shopkeepers such as Sam Romero complain that they have no representation in Downtown Inc. and that the tax money collected from them is not utilized for their benefit but mostly to benefit the interests of the Chase/Fianberg family.
A photograph of Irving M. Chase taken by CBS news at the Santa Ana council chambers right before he threw a temper tantrum and stormed out of the building. He is an Ashkenazi Jew. Notice his light skin and blondish hair. Ashkenazi Jews are NOT a semitic people and Mexicans often mistake them for gringos. At the beginning of the special City Council hearing, Councilmember Claudia Alvarez made a courageous statement by stating that Ryan and Irving Chase appear to be very much interested in continuing the ethnic cleansing that is going on downtown. When Councilmember Alvarez said she had inquired about why Downtown Inc. has its offices in one of the Chases’ buildings and was told it was because the organization got “a great deal” on the rent, she asked, “So if Hitler rents you a place, gives you a great deal, you take it?” At this point both Irving Chase and Ryan Chase blew their tops and stormed out of the council chambers. As the Jews walked out, the audience shouted “get out of town” and “stop taking our money.”
As a consequence of this incident the Chases went running to the notorious Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith (ADL) and they have now launched a nefarious effort to force the much respected Councilmember Claudia Alvarez to resign. The Chases are now claiming to be "holocaust survivors" and that Councilmember Claudia Alvarez is "antisemitic."
Irving M. Chase and his cohorts are actually Azhkanazi Jews from Eatern Europe. Azhkanazi Jews are not a semitic people like the Palestinians and many Arabs. They originated in the northern Caucasus and during a period in their history they converted to Judaism for political convenience. They are the creators of the racist and sinister ideology called Zionism and are responsible for the displacement of Palestinians from their homeland.
