An uninvited guest was found in Wardman Hall relaxing and watching television at approximately 12:10 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 21. When asked how he had gained access into Wardman, the man stated that he had followed a student into the dorm.

After encountering a residential adviser on duty and patrolling the dorms, the 33-year-old non-Whittier College man fled Wardman Hall and was later found by the Shannon Center. Upon being detained by Campus Safety, the man was found in possession of a meth pipe and a white crystal substance resembling methamphetamine. He was arrested on drug charges by the Whittier police department.
