"Plan Mexico" and the CIA
"The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists"
-- J. Edgar Hoover, FBI Director 1956 --
Presidents Felipe Calderon and George W. Bush are preparing to launched a billion dollar drug interdiction project that the Mexican press has named "Plan Mexico". The controversial plan is being compared to the failed "Plan Columbia" that actually increased the amount of cocaine, heroin and marijuana entering the United States from the nation of Columbia. "Plan Mexico" is being launched shortly after a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) connected jet plane crashed outside Cancun, Mexico with 4 tons of cocaine.
On September 18, a US registered (N987SA) twin engine Grumman Gulfstream II jet plane took off from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and landed at the Cancun International Airport. The Mexican press has reported that the Cancun airport records of the N987SA jet plane have been erased by the airport management. The jet plane then took off for the nation of Columbia where it was loaded with 4 tons of cocaine. On Monday September 24, on the way back to Cancun to deliver the cocaine, the jet plane crashed near the small village of Tixkokob .
It has now been determined that the jet plane went through a number of rapid changes of ownership and registrations with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) just prior to the crash. These FAA registrations involved some non-existant companies alleged to be fronts for the CIA and international Mafias. A month after the crash no arrests have been made even though well known individuals are implicated. This whole incident is slowly being swept under the rug and forgotten like another similar incident that occurred on April 10, 2006.
On April 10, 2006 a US registered DC9 airline with tail number N900SA was seized, almost by accident, at an airport in Ciudad del Carmen in the state of Campeche, Mexico with 5.5 tons of cocaine aboard. This incident involving a US registered DC9 is very similar to that of the Grumman Gulfstream II that crashed near Cancun. The DC9 was registered to Royal Sons LLC who experts believe is another CIA front company out of Florida. No arrests were ever made in this case and the whole incident has now been forgotten.
There is great skepticism in Mexico about the mostly US funded "Plan Mexico". These skeptics, mainly journalists, point to the failure of the ongoing multi-billion dollar "Plan Columbia". Many journalists have argued that "Plan Columbia" and "Plan Mexico" are actually efforts by the CIA to eliminate its competition and thus monopolize the over 30 billion a year drug business. As an example, they point to the large increase in the opium trade out of Afghanistan after the fall of the Taliban. The Mexican press reports that the CIA is in cahoots with the Russian Mafia to import large quantities of opium and heroin for the US drug market. The CIA itself, they say, is now an international Mafia that raises billions of dollars per year to fund clandestine operations worldwide and to pay for nefarious private armies like Blackwater Inc.
There are historic events that support the Mexican press on their theories about "Plan Mexico" and the CIA. These events involve actual testimonies of Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents and high level DEA administrators. One incident involved the now retired DEA Agent Celerino Castillo III. Agent Castillo testified that the CIA and the Nicaraguan Contras were smuggling cocaine from Ilopango Air Force Base in El Salvador. The smugglers were utilizing the same pilots and planes that the CIA and Lt. Col. Oliver North used for the covert supply operation to the Contra mercenaries. The imported cocaine was converted to "crack" and sold to Blacks in large US cities. This had a devastating effect on Black communities that endures to this day.
Other testimonies on CIA cocaine smuggling operations involved very high level DEA administrators. Before Hugo Chavez, the CIA in conjunction with corrupt elements of the Venezuelan National Guard were instrumental in importing an estimated 20 tons of cocaine into the USA through Miami, Florida. The testimonies were given by the then head of the DEA Robert Bonner and the then DEA Agent in Charge in Caracas Anabel Grimm. Both testimonies were documented in a "Peabody Award" winning segment of "60 Minutes" by Mike Wallace.
"Plan Mexico" will unleash monstrous human rights abuses by certain elements of the Mexican military that will be coordinating closely with the CIA and international Mafias. "Plan Mexico", like in Columbia, will be utilized to clamp down on progressive political movements while generating vast sums of money for the CIA. In the end, both Mexicans and Americans will pay a very heavy price!
