The above anti-Mexican image is being passed and published by bigoted networks on the Internet. Certain racist elements of the Republican Party who are also part of the US/Mexico border vigilante movement are behind the distribution of the racist image of the license because Glenn Spencer, the vile vigilante leader of the private xenophobic organization called American Border Patrol, has a copy of the viciously offensive driver's license image throughout his website at http://www.americanpatrol.com/IDENTIFICATION/IMAGES/PHOTO-MexiforniaDL.html
