Wolfowitz Targeted: U.S. Black Hawk helicopter downed in Iraq
Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz, a member of the "Zionist Cabal" in the Bush Administration and a principal architect of the US war against Iraq, narrowly missed being killed today by an Iraqi guerilla unit near Tikrit. According to Islamic news sources, Iraqi guerillas were attempting to bring down the helicopter in which Wolfowitz was riding but hit a decoy instead.
As two US Army Black Hawk helicopters were flying out of Tikrit, where Wolfowitz was on a tour, an Iraqi guerilla unit fired a sophisticated Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) and hit the trailing helicopter. The damaged helicopter spun out of control, crashed and was soon engulfed in flames while on the ground. The second helicopter circled overhead.
A U.S. military command spokesman in Baghdad confirmed that a Black Hawk, from the 12th Aviation Brigade was in fact shot down by guerillas operating in the region. Captain Jefferson Wolfe, a spokesman for the 4th Infantry Division, said that Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz was not on board the downed helicopter. He said that Wolfowitz had left Tikrit two hours earlier.
US occupation forces in Iraq experienced many bloody attacks last week with multiple killed and numerous injuries. The number of attacks on American troops have become more sophisticated and now average 26 attacks per day. Today's attack on the Black Hawk helicopter is something new in that it targeted a top US/Zionist military leader instead of the regular G.I. grunt.
