Ever since the Zionist police chief of Whittier,
California, David Singer, took over on January of
2001, the Mexican-American community has taken it on
the chin . . . literally! It looks like the Zionist police
chief is treating the Mexicans of Whittier as if they
were Palestinians in occupied Palestine.
A few days ago on November 25, we reported on an atrocious incident where the Whittier police covered up a cowardly attack on an elderly gentleman of Mexican descent at his home by an off duty cop. The article at http://www.aztlan.net/whittierpdcorruption.htm outlines the fact that even though the City of Whittier in Alta California is now predominantly Mexican-American, the "ALL" White/Jewish City Council continues to dictate racist and anti-Mexican policies to the exclusively White/Jewish corrupt police department.
Yesterday, our local readership informed us of even worst offenses by the Whittier police against Mexican-Americans ever since Chief Singer took over policing the city. Apparently, Chief Singer is extracting $165 dollars from Mexican-American families every time their sons or daughters are tardy to the largely Mexican-American Whittier High School that serves the 98% Mexican-American population on the west side of the city. Yes you read it right! The Whittier cops are patrolling the predominantly Mexican-American Whittier High School attendance area and stopping every Mexican student that is late to school. The cops then obtain the parents address and issue a so called citation that mandates that they pay a $165 fine to Chief Singer. La Voz de Aztlan has verified that the money from the fines are all going to the Whittier Police Department. We have determined that the "scam" policy is NOT being implemented in the other two, predominantly White/Jewish high schools which includes La Serna High School in exclusive "Whittier Friendly Hills" and California High School in the still predominantly White/Jewish part of the city.
This is not all! Every since the Zionist Singer took over, there have been eleven Whittier police killings of local residents, most of them Mexicans and all are very questionable. There were four killings by the Whittier police in one month alone this year and five police shootings in the month of April 2003. The most grievous killing was that of a Mexican national on May 29, 2003 in the Uptown area of the city. The victim was shot mercilessly by an off duty police officer. What was the crime? The police said that the victim was attempting to steal items from a parked car! Case was closed.
Other killings took place in the homes of the victims. One was the cowardly killing of an elderly gentleman on April 4, 2003 who was later determined to be suffering from mental problems. Another killing by the Whittier police took place at the home of yet another victim on April 3, 2003. A Whittier cop, in this case, shot and killed a 38-year-old man in his home whom he said scuffled with another officer.
Yet another case occurred on April 16 2002 when cops shot and killed Eddie Montes Dominguez, 27, of Whittier. Dominguez had been sitting in a car in the parking lot of the Travel Inn Hotel on Whittier Boulevard when two Whittier cops responded to a telephone call. According to the cops, that included LA County Sheriff's, Dominguez refused to obey their orders and they shot him dead. Whittier police Officer Glen Wampler and Sgt. Dan Lowe were named as defendants in a wrongful- death suit.
Worst of all, at least three suspected Whittier police homicides have been blamed by the police on very unlikely "suicides". One of these cases occurred on November 9, 2001 when two Whittier police detectives went to the home of 18 year old Armando Bogarin. According to the Whittier police, Bogarin who was wanted for auto theft, had a .32-caliber revolver and he shot himself in the head after they arrived. Bogarin's family do not believe the Whittier police version of events and they filed a federal court suit alleging that the Whittier police executed their beloved Armando Bogarin in "cold blood".
Another supposed "suicide" occurred on December 1, 2001 when 30 year old Alfredo Medina Jr. was shot the head at the home of his ex-wife in Whittier. The Whittier police explained that they shot him because that is what Medina wanted. The Whittier cops said that Medina yelled "Shoot me!" and that Medina pointed to his head. A wrongful-death lawsuit was filed by Medina's survivors on behalf of his two children on May 31, 2002. The two cops that shot Medina were subsequently awarded "Medals of Valor" by the Zionist Police Chief Singer.
This is not all! On November of last year, an inmate was found murdered inside the Whittier jail. Two investigations that were finalized, one by Whittier Police Department Internal Affairs Division, in February of this year, concluded that the inmate hung himself. Case was closed!
La Voz de Aztlan, under the above circumstances, is issuing an "Urgent Alert" to our community to be extra cautious when dealing with the Whittier Police Department. There is danger even if you are just passing through as a motorist. On January 7 of this year, 23 year old Marcos Alfonso Vieras of Los Angeles was severely beaten, in a Rodney King type incident, and sent to the hospital for an extended stay. In a routine traffic stop, Whittier cop Jim Uhl severely beat Marcos Alfonso Vieras and later bragged to the pro-cop Whittier Daily News that Vieras was a no show in court because he was still in the hospital.
The majority Mexican-American community of Whittier must take action to replace the Zionist Police Chief Singer as well as the Superintendent of Schools, Sandy Thorstenson, and the Principal of Whittier High School, Loring Davies, before we read in the news that a Mexican-American Whittier High School student was brutally beaten and put in jail for being late to school. The way things are coming down here in Whittier since the Zionist Singer took over, this is not beyond the realm of possibilities. In addition, have no trust in the few "white-washed hispanic cops" that the city is hiring. The policy of the White/Jewish dominated City Hall is to hire mostly "low IQ" hispanic lackeys that they can order around and not question things. The White cops use these "hispanics cadets" almost like police dogs. They use them to do their most "dirty work" against the Mexican-American community. A case in point was the hiring of the anti-Castro Cuban exile to take charge of policing the city's west predominantly Mexican-American community. The cop of Cuban descent treated all the Mexicans as if they were a bunch of criminal communists.
Let us just hope that the "Immigration Clear Act" is not approved by the US Congress or we are going to see mass detentions and deportations of Mexicans by the Zionist Singer Whittier police. This will occur to you simply because you have a brown skin, regardless if you are US citizens. This is very sad but it is the truth! It happened in the 1930's and it will happen again. The time to act is now!
